Yes. With all printer purchases, we walk you through the set-up process over the phone and offer 4 hours of online training. Additional training hours and in person set-up and trainings are available for additional fees.

Actually, the software comes pre-installed on the laptops that we sell to accompany our printers. If you want to use your own computer, we will set up a time to install the software remotely and configure your computer for the best possible compatibility. When new software updates become available, just call the JUELL™ support line and we will update it for you remotely.

If you have the JUELL™ 3D-2 and are upgrading or adding a JUELL™ 3D-3, there are no compatibility issues with the software.

Our software is designed to run on Windows 7 or 10 platform (64 bit). 1920 x 1080 resolution or better (32-bit color depth recommended)

No, but you will find it easier and more convenient to have a dedicated computer for your 3D printing needs. Don’t have an extra computer just sitting around? Our laptops are the perfect companion to our JUELL™ 3D printers. They are affordably priced and they come with the necessary software already installed.

We allow returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Just call us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Damaged, opened or expired product will not be accepted.
